How to secure the Balance Pro SportBelt
1) Make sure the strap on the belt is pulled through the plastic
slide to ensure the strap is secured.
2) Make sure the cam buckle (CLICKS) into the locked position to
secure the belt.
3) Securely fasten the Balance Pro SportBelt around your waist by
adjusting the strap.
How to wear the Balance Pro SportBelt 1) Center the weight of the belt over your power leg. Align the silver star of the belt with your hip.
Tips
1) Secure the belt firmly, but not too tight.
2) Try the Flexibilty/Warm Up Routines on the website.
3) Share your experience with your Coach or Instructor.
