The Balance Pro SportBelt warm-up is an easy three step
routine which not only warms up our midsection, where our major
muscle groups connect, but also aids in allowing the body to FEEL
its natural swing plain.
Step 1
Take seven swings with the belt on. *Focus on feeling your weight
shift from your back leg to your front leg.
Step 2
Next, take the belt off and make seven more swings. *Focus on
feeling your lower half.
Step 3
Take an additional seven swings with the belt on. You're ready to
go!!!
Great for use during:
Practice swings, range work, pre-game match play, in the office, or
even at home.
Repeat warm-up routine before every practice or match. During any
of these steps add additional swings as you FEEL necessary. Swing
with the belt on both the back leg and/or front leg during practice,
whichever side provides the best FEEL for you. Listen to your
body.
Notes:
1. You may use the Balance Pro SportBelt during regular play. However,
after every shot/swing adjust the belt so the weight is evenly distributed
around your back.
2. This warm-up helps lock in the muscle memory needed to improve
consistency within your swing. Not only will you FEEL more balanced,
you will also see the difference on every swing!
